Returns and Exchanges
Jewelry may be returned for credit or refund within 21 days of purchase. Custom orders or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Simply email me at info@stonewearjewelry.net to request a return.
All merchandise being returned must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice and must be in the same condition as it was originally shipped to you.

Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Repairs
We stand behind the quality of all StoneWear Jewelry. If a piece needs repair within the first 21 days, simply email us at info@stonewearjewelry.net regarding any repair question. There may or may not be a charge depending on the repair needed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for any repairs. |
